Lucas Fettes Financial Planning are joining Brooks Macdonald Group plc. The acquisition comes as a result of a long-standing relationship between our two companies.

Brooks Macdonald is a well-respected wealth manager, listed on the London Stock Exchange, with around £18bn funds under management. Having worked together for the benefit of our mutual clients for over 25 years, we can be confident in our shared focus on quality and personal service, along with a determination to deliver market leading client outcomes.
While the agreement has been signed, the transaction is subject to regulatory approval, which we expect to be completed no later than first quarter of 2025. For now, it is very much business as usual as we work with Brooks Macdonald to plan the best way to bring our firms together.
