Our charges

Initial and one-off advice

To ensure we recommend appropriate solutions, we must first understand your business and its objectives. We achieve this during our initial discussion with you.

Should we determine we are able to assist, we will set out our proposed services and charges to you. You must agree to these before we undertake any work that incurs cost for your business.

Automatic enrolment scheme

    • From £1,500+ (No market review)
    • From £2,000+ (With market review)

Salary exchange

    • From £2,750+

Small self-administered scheme

    • From £2,000+

Workplace engagement

    • From £500+

Corporate investments

    • From £1,750+

Insured benefits

    • 5% of your premium, subject to a minimum of £750+ annually per scheme (Recommendation and implementation)
    • For healthcare policies (E.g. Private Medical Insrance), the commission is determined by the provider but our charges are £1,000+ annually per scheme 

*VAT may be payable. Actual fees payable will be based on your circumstances and the work required.

Ongoing services

Ongoing services will ensure that your arrangements are kept up to date and meet your requirements on an ongoing basis. They also form an important part of your ongoing governance around the workplace benefits you provide. We offer both core and additional ongoing services which can be tailored to meet your business’s needs and budget.
