Research
As an independent financial planning and employee benefits practice, we have access to the whole market and are not restricted to a limited range of solutions. This means we can find the right solutions for each client.
To support our recommendations, our team undertakes thorough whole of market research. For individuals, we regularly review the performance of our preferred providers and insurers against our criteria, making adjustments where necessary and as things change. Our Investment Committee have over 100 years of combined industry experience.
For businesses, charities and not-for-profit organisations, our employee benefits team take the time to match the right workplace pensions, benefits and insurance arrangements to each individual client.

Our leadership recognises that it is essential for us to develop the skills and knowledge of our team, and for the more experienced to keep this up to date as things change. We support and facilitate job role specific training and qualifications, and all of our team are required to undertake appropriate continued professional development.
