Mark joined Lucas Fettes over 20 years ago from Norwich Union (now Aviva). With his broad operational and commercial experience, he leads the business on a day-to-day basis, also driving its development and strategy. Mark believes that by focusing on excellent service and outcomes for clients, the business can also benefit its employees and shareholders.
He encourages a positive, supportive working culture which allows individuals to develop and realise their potential, which has been recognised though the company being named as one of the Best Financial Advisers to Work For by Professional Adviser in 2020 and 2023.
Mark enjoys time with his family and keeping fit – he still takes part in the occasional event.
