Damian joined Lucas Fettes Financial Planning 9 years ago from Aviva as a Workplace Pension Co-ordinator. In April 2022, Damian was promoted to Workplace Pensions Support Manager.
He has a degree in Business Studies and Media Communication (Ba Hons) and over 14 years’ experience in the financial industry.
His primary responsibilities are to manage the day-to-day workload of the Workplace Pensions team, assisting employers with their queries, training colleagues and employers, and assisting the advisory team with new business enquiries. He also helps build the Workplace Pension proposition with the support of his colleagues.
Damian enjoys playing football, video games and buying designer clothing.
