Workplace Pensions Specialist

Having joined Lucas Fettes Financial Planning in 2008, Andy provides workplace pension advice to employers and their employees. He is qualified as both a Chartered Fellow and Certified Financial Planner, with over 20 years’ adviser experience.

Andy specialises in the review, planning and delivery of workplace pension solutions, automatic enrolment compliance and salary exchange schemes. He is also skilled in pension audits and supporting TUPE transfers. To support employees, Andy helps create and deliver workplace engagement via pension scheme reviews, as well as targeted financial education and wellbeing presentations.

His hobbies and interests include regular exercise, gardening, physics, philosophy, performing live music and a clean car on a Sunday!
