Employee benefits for charities and trusts
We’ve been providing solutions to some of the best known names in the charity and not for profit sector for many years. Our clients include Royal Mencap Society, Mind and Hearing Dogs for Deaf People.
We are a trusted supplier to the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO). We can create an employee benefits programme that meets your specific needs and goals, using our expertise and access to a wide range of products from providers we know and trust.
Our experienced team provide support which ranges from a complete review of employee benefit provision, through to advice on workplace pensions and arranging protection policies such as group life insurance and private medical insurance.
We can arrange a consultation and review of your current employee benefit arrangements. For more information call us on 01603 706 820 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
No two organisations are the same. The benefits, or programme of benefits, you choose to offer should therefore be built around your organisation’s objectives and values, the needs and priorities of your employees, and your budget.
Rewards and incentives
Offering incentives and rewards can be an effective way to motivate employees and improve staff retention. We’ll work with you to create an incentive scheme designed around the needs of your staff, your organisation and your budget.
Popular incentives and rewards include:
- childcare vouchers
- enhanced leave
- discounted gym memberships
- high street and travel discounts
- company cars
- season ticket loans.
We are committed to helping charities and voluntary organisations meet their automatic enrolment duties, and have been doing so since the legislation was introduced. Visit our automatic enrolment page for more details.
If you already operate a pension scheme for your staff but would like to consider alternative options then we can review your current arrangements for you. We’ll provide impartial advice and recommendations on suitable workplace pension schemes.
Death in service
Unfortunately, the Office for National Statistics found one in ten of us will die during their working lives. We can provide group life insurance cover for your staff, so that a tax-free cash lump sum will be paid to their dependants in the unfortunate event of their death.
Pre-existing medical conditions are not taken into account and it can cost from as little as £4 per employee, per month. For many employees and their families the peace of mind it can bring has real value.
We can also provide income protection if your employees are unable to work.
Other Employee Protection services
We can advise on a range of other employee protection services including:
- income protection
- medical insurance
- cash plans
- employee assistance
- health screening.
We are able to advise on arrangements to protect the organisation in the event of the death or illness of key people.
