In the Populus survey 34 per cent of staff in the UK said they find their job stressful, so focusing on boosting wellbeing can have real benefits.

We may think it won’t happen to us but unfortunately research by the Office for National Statistics discovered that one in eight men and one in twelve women will die during their working lives.
